These dead cells are very bad for an actor because they build up on our faces and make our expressions less clear.

People won’t like your acting if they can’t see your facial expressions. What should I do? I’m going to tell you some simple exercises for your face to do in the morning. Before doing any exercise, we warm up.

Before doing this facial exercise, we have to do the same thing for our face. so that the blood keeps moving through our faces. So the first step is to draw your face with your mouth open. For at least 30 seconds, you can stretch as far as you can.

The next step is to make the face smaller for 30 seconds. After that, make your face look funny for one minute. Make your face look funny, like you’re making fun of someone, and try to use all your muscles.

Here are the two exercise points:

Take a two-finger grip and do the Clause exercise on the muscle group on your cheek, and then move it counterclockwise for thirty seconds. When you do this, you will feel that the muscle group has started to work, and you will be able to move it.

After that, you use light hands to massage your whole face so that all the cells can let it happen. Then, to get rid of the dead skin cells that build up on your forehead, you have to fog for 30 seconds with both of your fingers.

After that, you have to gently slide your eyebrows back and forth with both fingers to get rid of the dead skin cells that build up there. So, these are all face exercises.
