Being Unprepared or Acting Badly on Set
But in a situation like the one I just talked about, I worked with an actor again. It took him 19 tries to get a speech right, and it took him 21 tries to get it right for me. The sad truth? He had three to four weeks to learn those lines for the Oscar-nominated short film we were making.

As you move up in your career, they might also help you network and meet new people. I also think that performers should learn a method so that they have something solid to build on.
You should know that acting classes don’t always teach methods. I think that performers should choose the method that works best for them.
